Terry visits the USS Utah wreckage and memorial site at Ford Island, Pearl Harbor, HI. Less well known than its sister the USS Arizona, the Utah rests across the island from the Arizona also having been sunk during the Japanese attack on December 7th, 1941. Terry was at Pearl Harbor observing Exercise TERMINAL FURY 11 as part of our work in the DARPA Resilient C2 program.
